2. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Returns may be requested for both defective and non-defective products.
For voluntary returns beyond any applicable statutory withdrawal period, products must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
Customers should provide their order number and proof of purchase when requesting a return.
These voluntary return conditions do not restrict mandatory statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to defective goods.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For orders delivered in separate shipments, the period generally begins upon receipt of the last item.
To exercise this right, customers must inform us of their decision to withdraw through a clear statement, such as an email to support@mccxr.shop, before the withdrawal period expires.
Customers do not need to wait for our approval to exercise their statutory withdrawal right.
After notifying us of withdrawal, customers must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating their decision, unless we have agreed to collect the goods.
Customers may inspect the goods as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical store. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be taken into account in accordance with applicable law.

For defective, damaged or incorrect products, photographs may help us investigate the issue, but they are not an absolute condition for exercising statutory consumer rights.
Our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for the order.
Please do not automatically send products to our registered business address. The applicable return address may differ depending on the product or order.
Requesting return instructions does not extend or restrict any statutory withdrawal deadline.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns of non-defective products and returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we have agreed to cover the cost.
Return shipping costs depend on the applicable return destination, carrier and parcel characteristics. Customers should obtain the return address before arranging shipment.
For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover necessary return shipping costs where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Refunds and Processing Time
Once returned goods have been received and assessed, we will inform the customer of the refund status.
For approved voluntary returns, refunds will normally be initiated within 10 business days.
For statutory EU withdrawals, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal decision. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or the customer provides evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Statutory withdrawal refunds include the payments required to be reimbursed by applicable law, including applicable standard outbound delivery charges.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another method. Where the original payment method does not support refunds, such as certain cash-on-delivery arrangements, an appropriate alternative refund method will be arranged without imposing refund fees on the customer.
The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer protection law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
